Our story started in the 1960s when Dr. Charles A. Gard, D.O., moved his family from Ohio to Florida with a mission to love and care for the people in his community. For more than 60 years, Dr. Gard dedicated his life to serving patients with unwavering commitment, building a foundation of trust and excellence that we carry forward today.
Carrying on this legacy, his grandson, Bryan Gard, PA-C, took over the practice to ensure that the same dedication to patient care continues. Bryan has extended the services we offer, creating a comprehensive approach to wellness and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
A few years ago, we transitioned into Gard Wellness Solutions to expand our offerings and better meet the evolving needs of our community. While we remain deeply rooted in the principles of family medicine, our focus now encompasses a wide range of services designed to promote overall wellness and empower our patients to live their best lives.

Bryan has been a Physician Assistant since 2013 and provides leadership along with customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their wellness goals. He enjoys his staff and seeing people transform their lives through wellness. Outside of work, Bryan loves golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors. His favorite treatments are hormone replacement therapy and EBO2.
Physician Assistant
Marie has been a dedicated Physician Assistant for 13 years, with a passion for listening to patients and finding solutions to help them feel better and live healthier lives. At Gard Wellness Solutions, she provides customized care with a focus on Botox treatments and hormone replacement therapy using pellets. She enjoys working with the team and guiding patients toward their wellness goals. In her free time, Marie loves hiking. Her favorite treatment at Gard is NAD, known for its restorative and energizing benefits.
Physician Assistant & Master Injector
Gabriela has been a Physician Assistant for 4 years and is Gard Wellness Solutions’ Master Injector, specializing in Botox and fillers. She also teaches patients how to implement daily habits to sustain their wellness goals long-term. Gabriela enjoys working with the team and values the smooth, collaborative environment at Gard. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors and reading. Her favorite treatments are Botox and fillers, which she uses to help patients feel confident and refreshed.

She loves being a part of the team and supporting patients in many ways. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys photography, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends. Paige has worked in healthcare for over 15 years and oversees sales, marketing, events, and sponsorships at Gard Wellness Solutions. She enjoys being both in the office and out in the community, helping more people discover the wellness movement. Outside of work, Paige loves live music, boating, sports, and adventurous activities. Her favorite treatments at Gard are red light therapy and peptides.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Jennifer S. brings skill, compassion, and a steady hand to her role at Gard Wellness Solutions. She administers injections and vitamin infusions, collects blood samples, and most of all, helps patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Jennifer loves building lasting patient relationships and enjoys listening to their goals, dreams, and wins as they grow more confident in their lives through wellness. Outside of work, she’s a sports enthusiast with a true passion for surfing, and when she can fit in a little fishing, that’s heaven for her. Her favorite product at Gard is the ZO Skin Health line, which she swears by for keeping skin healthy and glowing.

Her top wellness tip is to stay consistent with vitamins for overall health.

Shey brings 3 years of healthcare and wellness experience to her role as Wellness Coordinator. She greets patients, addresses their concerns, and helps maintain open communication throughout their visits. Shey enjoys the welcoming space at Gard, her amazing coworkers, and being part of each patient’s wellness journey. In her free time, she loves traveling and reading.
